So Dick dismisses Amnesty International's scathing report huh? It offends him apparently. Wow. Well I'm convinced. He's innocent then cause, he says it's a load of bunk. That's some evidence he put out there.

If the media had ANY integrity AT ALL they would be all over this and call his bluff. His bluster is NOT a defence against the indefensible. There are some SERIOUS allegations out there and just saying it's not true cause we say it's not true isn't enough. Letting these guys get away with investigating themselves is WROING and the media must NOT accept what they are saying. These guys are known LIARS and they are circling the wagons. That the media seems to accept the "not us we're the GOOD guys" defense, without ANY apparent suspicion as to their motives is DISGUSTING.

I feel like the world is crumbling all around me and there isn't a damn thing I can do to stop it. These guys lie and the media accepts it ... most of the population doesn't give a crap and people are dying. I wonder sometimes in my despair if this isn't exactly what the neocon dominionists want. Gee we don't want to offend Dick now, do we? Better not say anything bad about him then at least until he's out of office .... Wouldn't want to rock the boat now would we? Fact is, Rummy, Guantanamo is very MUCH like a gulag and you guys are acting very much like I remember the Soviets acting way back when .... when people were routinely disappeared, you know sort of like the amercian policy of "rendering" detainees to countries where it's ok to torture and where you are considered guilty until proven innocent, you see the US no longer stands behind the innocent until proven guilty meme, it's considered quaint apparently just as the Geneva Convention is. Oh yes Rummy this report makes you look bad, very very bad and I am not surprised at all that you and your gang of cronies are coming out slinging ...
