Parent's religious rights defiled by court

Judge: Parents can't teach pagan beliefs

An Indianapolis father is appealing a Marion County judge's unusual order that prohibits him and his ex-wife from exposing their child to "non-mainstream religious beliefs and rituals."

[...]

Cale J. Bradford, chief judge of the Marion Superior Court, kept the unusual provision in the couple's divorce decree last year over their fierce objections, court records show. The order does not define a mainstream religion.
This is simple, a no brainer really a clear violation of the US Constitution so it should be easy to correct, right?

RIGHT?

Both parents are pagan and even tho divcorced both parents agree that their son should be raised in their faith. So why do I think these poor folks are gonna have to go banckrupt trying to correct a very very bad unconstitutional court ruling by an obviously ignorant judge.

The climate in the US is such that this simple case should alarm EVERYONE with a non mainstream religious view. Don't think for one minute that this is an isolated case. It may be now but how about in 2 years ... will YOU still feel that YOUR religious rights will be equally protected under the law?

I used to be certain of the answer to that. Now I'm not.

Thanx to the good folks on DKos for the heads up on this.
